Egg freezing or oocyte cryopreservation in India costs ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 per cycle including ovarian stimulation medications and egg retrieval and vitrification with annual storage fees of ₹10,000 to ₹30,000. Success rates depend directly on age at freezing with women under 35 having over 90% chance of at least one live birth from frozen eggs while women 35-40 have 60-65% chance. • 35 to 40: Numbers drop to 60-65%. Aneuploidy climbs past 40% at 38 and past 60% at 40 which means fewer of those frozen eggs will make chromosomally normal embryos when you eventually use them. Two cycles minimum to bank enough for a realistic shot
• After 40: 50-60% and it keeps falling. Fewer eggs per retrieval. Lower quality per egg. Most clinics say freeze 20+ eggs for a reasonable chance and getting there usually takes 2-3 cycles at a combined cost of ₹3,00,000 to ₹7,50,000
